It's very pleasing to be able to say that no official rules have been set, or have ever needed to be.  All members have been very courteous to each other from the beginning, and it is very satisfying to see those values holding strong even though the guild is growing.

Whenever anything is asked of other guild members is always done so very politely; the banter is fantastic and with decent humour; everyone scratches each others back when it comes to favours; and nobody takes the mickey out of the little fat kid.

No official rules have been set on group/raid loot, which is something that every member can be proud of, as I'm sure that not many guilds are able to boast this.  But with the generosity that has been shown throughout the ranks, no policies as such have ever needed to be decided on.

So I guess the only rule is - Let's keep it up :)
